Methods of Reservation
You can use one of the following methods to reserve a cabin:
- Fill in and transmit a reservation request form on our website. To do so, use the "Reservations" link on the left menu bar. In the unlikely event that the cabin shows up as available but is not available, we will contact you to within 48 hours to change your reservation.
- Send a reservation request by email: email@example.com
- Make a reservation over the telephone: (605) 342-4121
A reservation should be completed no less than 1 days before arrival date. To make a reservation the same day, please contact us. Payment for the reservations is expected at check-in if secured by credit card. There is an extra charge of $50.00 per guest over the age of 2 that is staying in the same cabin over the maxim allowed for that cabin.

We welcome payment by any of the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Discover or Mastercard)
- Check (USA only)
Information Needed for Reservations
To make a reservation by phone, please, provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Arrival date and departure date
- Type of cabin
- Number of guests
- Form of payment
Reservations require a deposit of the first night's lodging on a credit card at the time of making reservation. All Sturgis Rally reservations will require a deposit of Twenty-Five percent of total stay or the first nights lodging, whichever amount is greater.
Cancellation and Change Policy
We require that all cancellations be made 7 days prior to date of reservation for a refund of deposit less the cancellation fee. If notification is less than 7 days in advance, all payments will be forfeited. All Cancellations will incur cancellation fee of $25.00, irregardless if cancellation is made 7 days prior to date of registration.
All Sturgis Rally Cancellations must be made by May 15. Any cancellations made after May 15, will result in forfeiture of deposit and any or all of payments collected. Changes or cancellations must be made 7 (seven) days before your arrival or you are liable for all nights book that are not resold based on your original hotel reservation request. We operate a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night's accommodation for any cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date by 4pm MST in the event of a no show.
Miscellaneous ~ Check-in ~ Check Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m.. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.; any other times must be pre-approved by management prior to making a reservation. No liability can be accepted for any errors in the processing or transmission of data. The data collected is used solely for the reservation. All exceptions must be pre-arranged. All changes and additions to your reservation request should be sent to us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (605) 342-4121. To avoid misunderstanding, please provide your name, cabin number and date of check in.
